You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. m9win strictly prohibits underage gambling. During the account verification process, you will be required to submit government-issued identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP Nasional, passport, or driver's license) to verify your age and identity. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law when accessing our services. m9win does not accept players from countries where online gambling is explicitly illegal under local legislation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of m9win services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual may register only one account on m9win. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited. Only the original account may be reinstated at our discretion.
m9win takes age verification seriously. All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal. m9win is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players. Withdrawal privileges will be restricted until verification is completed. You must promptly update your account information if your personal details change, including name, address, phone number, or email. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, allowing immediate play. m9win does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Unverified accounts or first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours pending verification completion. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. This applies to both deposit funds and any associated bonuses. Withdrawing without meeting minimum wagering may result in account review and temporary restriction.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 25x wagering requires Rp 12,500,000 in total bets before winnings can be withdrawn. Sports betting bonuses generally have lower requirements (5x-10x) compared to casino bonuses (25x-40x). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting software vulnerabilities, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and possible account termination. m9win reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive bonus practices.
Bonuses typically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Any unused bonus funds or unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiration will be forfeited. Wagering progress does not carry over to new bonuses.
All games offered by m9win use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms or physical equipment (dice, cards, roulette wheels) and cannot be influenced or predicted. m9win does not manipulate game results.
For sports betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and international matches), basketball, tennis, and other sports, bets are settled according to official competition results. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific market rules outlined in our sportsbook. Live in-play betting odds update in real-time; accepted bets are honored at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
Each casino game (slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live dealer games) has specific rules, payout tables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages available within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before playing. Maximum bet limits and maximum win caps apply to certain games and are displayed within the game or promotional terms.
In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, incorrect game results, or communication failures, m9win reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All game results displayed on your screen are subject to verification by m9win's servers; server records take precedence over client-side displays in case of discrepancies.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. m9win is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of our services. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling budget and seeking help if gambling becomes problematic. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
m9win reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business operations. Upon termination, any remaining real money balance (minus any bonus funds or fraudulent winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and withdrawal processing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which m9win is licensed. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
